The Hampton Chapter of The Links Incorporated is offering scholarships to  deserving young women that are Virginia residents, demonstrate financial need, and are a sophomore, junior, or senior in good standing, enrolled at either Hampton University or Norfolk State University.

The completed application and supporting materials requested must be submitted and received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 5, 2024.
